Just Like The Ad (iOS and Android) · Last updated: 8 October 2026
Just Like The Ad is a mobile game published by Yoni Assouline, an individual developer based in Ashdod, Israel ("we"). This policy explains what data the game collects, why, and the choices you have. Contact: netayo26@gmail.com.
What we collect, and why
- Rewarded ads (Unity LevelPlay and ironSource Ads). When you choose to watch an ad for a reward, our ad partner receives your device's advertising identifier (on iPhone, only if you allow tracking in Apple's prompt; on Android, the Google advertising ID, which you can reset or delete in your phone's settings), information about the ads you see and tap, and technical performance data. This is used to show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, and, if you allow it, to personalise ads. Unity's practices are described in the Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy.
- Online co-op (Unity Gaming Services). If you play co-op, the game signs you in anonymously (no email, no name, no account) and creates a random player ID. Your approximate region, derived from your IP address, is used to pick the closest relay server, and your in-game profile (hero, skin, aura, level) is shared with the players in your session.
- In-app purchases. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never receive your payment details.
- Your progress (coins, gems, heroes, settings) is stored only on your device.
We do not sell your data, we have no account system, and we do not run our own servers that store your data.
Your choices
- Tracking (iOS): the game asks for permission before any cross-app tracking. You can change your answer at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Refusing does not change anything in the game.
- Advertising ID (Android): you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads at any time in Android Settings > Privacy > Ads (or Google > Ads). This does not change anything in the game.
- Ad consent (EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland): the game asks for your consent to personalised ads on first launch. You can change it at any time in the game: Settings > Ads.
- You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the game.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, or to object to its use. Since the game has no accounts, most data is held by our partners; email us and we will help you exercise your rights with them. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
Children
The game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
